2020 Began with a New Years Day flight to Copenhagen then to the island of Bali for a long awaited respite from the hustle and bustle of city life in Chicago. I found myself at the Homestay of Santra Putra. Home of the international artist Wayan Karja . Honoring his invitation to visit and paint in the studio above his gallery.

    After two months and many paintings later I jumped on a plane to New Zealand to visit a friend. Little did I know the world would change and I would be blessed to harbor in paradise. Gifted with time to paint and reflect, I found the world even more beautiful than before.

    This is a crucial time in our individual and collective evolution. Its a time for new beginnings and letting go of the old. Live, Love and Breathe the gifts of life. I will paint this time and remember this Awakening with Grace and Gratitude.
